This stand-alone property is located on the outskirts of Llanbedrog and within easy access of Abersoch. It has been decorated with a careful blend of comfort, tradition and modern luxury. In this cottage, you will find character beams and a stone fireplace complemented by a contemporary kitchen and a modern bathroom which boasts its own double-ended spa-bath. Rear doors open onto a patio from which you can indulge in a spot of outdoor dining in the summer months. Four bedrooms allow this property to sleep up to seven people; a private haven for a party of friends or family.

Pet friendly accommodation Pet Friendly

Very disappointed
We have just returned from a week at what we were expecting to be a lovely well kept cottage. It was literally falling apart! Cupboard doors hanging off, cracked mirrors, cracks in the ceiling and stains all over the carpets. The layout of the cottage isn?t ideal and with only one bathroom and stairs you bang your head on when going down, it isn?t great, especially for my disabled parents. The owner turns up when you?re eating your dinner unnanounsed and comes round to do the garden while you?re renting the cottage. Not really a quiet retreat when you?re being interrupted. The owner also complained that we took our cat but the advert offered 2 well behaved pets, no mention of a particular type of pet welcome. If she wants to be picky then she needs to state in the advert dogs only. She also complained that we had left a stain on the carpet. Put child had been violently sick and we scrubbed it clean. The cottage is at the top of a long and windy country road which you will have to keep reversing back along to let people pass. We were very disappointed and would not recommend that anyone stays here. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

I booked this cottage with high expectations, thinking that it would be as charming as it is depicted in the photos. Admittedly the garden is lovely and the views are breathtaking, but unfortunately the cottage itself is a bit of a shambles with a smashed bathroom mirror, a badly cracked ceiling and bedroom drawers which are impossible to open. The kitchen cupboard is hanging off it's hinges with nails sticking out. It is also advertised as being 'pet friendly' but the owner complained when we brought our well behaved cat. The staircase is steep and twisty and very difficult for anyone with a disability to contend with and I found it very difficult attempting to get up and down it. The kitchen cupboard contained packets of groceries which were five years out of date, so I wonder how often this is actually cleaned and tidied! The property is advertised as being heated by storage heaters but only one of them actually works. The owner turned up unannounced when we were sitting down to our evening meal, which I found quite disconcerting and intrusive. The cottage is situated along a long, very narrow country lane which is very awkward to reach. I was extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to a lovely holiday, but I would not recommend this property.

Beautiful holiday rental
Stayed here for a week and wasn't disappointed. It was well equipped and clean. Magnificent views from the garden. would definitely recommend.

The cottage was excellent and location perfect for beaches and visits to other areas. We were particularly impressed with the garden and views.

Fell in love with this place
Perfect cottage, perfect location. Treated my parents and our dogs to a post christmas getaway. When we arrived we were very impressed by the outside and secure garden. Then to discover the cozy, well equipped inside. The front room with its log fire was a good send and super homely. The kitchen table offered an opportunity to share a cooked meal, some nice wine and good conversation. The location is excellent, short walk to a vista point of the beautiful llyn valley. And another short walk to an almost empty brach. We are all feeling very rested and impressed by this property. Owner was good communicator. Would highly recommend to and family. We will be going back next year.
