Perfect rural retreat
A beautifully house in a stunning location. This was a family holiday with three generations. House was very large and decor was interesting. Comfortable seating areas where you could find peace and quiet. Hot tub large in a separate barn type building away from the elements. We unfortunately chose a poor week for weather but we made use of the lovely walks around the house and the sheltered hot tub. Bats flew around our heads at dusk and owls were definitely in the fields around us. A nature lovers dream. All had a brilliant time there, can't ignore the 2 mile pot hole track to get there but a small niggle considering. Didn't want to leave.

Fabulous Converted Barn
Family gathering prompted this reservation and what a fantastic find it was! Located down a remote single track lane (2.2 mls) in the Dales, just outside Settle, it was a beautiful, quiet, remote spot. Lusciously and tastefully decorated throughout and hugely well equipped with copious space for a family gathering. Homely feeling with space for separate areas when needed! Brilliant range of equipment and mod con's.
Trips and long walks during the day complemented by time in the hot tub in the evenings - sheer joy. A week filled with happy memories and long views across the Dales which change with the weather. Easy and responsive contact with the administrators made every aspect a pleasure. Will be recommending to friends!!

Gorgeous property
I have just returned from a weekend at this property with 9 other ladies celebrating the 30th birthday of my niece and may I say what an amazing property this is, together with outstanding surroundings and views this was the most perfect location! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated with a lovely homely feel, together with the hot tub and the added luxuries I couldn?t fault it! I would recommend it to anyone!

Truly wonderful in every way
This barn has the wow factor as soon as you drive through the gate. The house is beautiful as are the gardens and views that surround it. We entered the property to be greeted with fresh fruit, a bottle of bubbles and a very cute cuddly dog that was ours to take. The rooms are modern, stylish and in some areas extravagant but this is exactly want we wanted, a weekend of luxury. The hot tub is an added extra and was used everyday.
I would recommend this place to anyone, friends, family, young and old. You do need to get over the rough track that leads up to the house but to be honest this just caused many giggles. You can't see another property and every view is of green fields and the local farm animals. You would need to do your own shop as I doubt you would find anyone to deliver but I could be wrong, but once you arrive you really won't want to leave.
Communication throughout the booking was smooth and we were given very clear instructions. We also needed to make contact during our stay and we received a text message back straight away.
We are a group of friends celebrating our 40th birthdays and now want to make it an annual trip.
