Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this ground floor apartment in Newtonmore is close to the village amenities.

The Coach House is a ground floor apartment within a complex of 11 properties, on the edge of Newtonmore village in the Cairngorms National Park. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom.

The living area is open plan, with a kitchen area, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking for 1 car, and a shared patio area with picnic table. The amenities of Newtonmore are a few minutes’ walk, with the rest of the Cairngorms easily reached.

A good base for touring Western Highlands
A comfortable ground floor cottage which had a double, en suite, room and a twin room plus full bathroom. A comfortable sitting room with small fitted kitchen which had all the amenities we needed. One private parking space right outside and a guest car park a few yards away. An ideal base for touring the wonderful Western Highlands region of Scotland with its magestic mountains, peaceful lochs and magnificent castles. Well stocked Co-op just along the main road and a very good small restaurant - The Letterbox - within walking distance. Excellent food but do book in advance. Would be very happy to stay there again.

comfortable and clean
lovely, warm and clean accommodation. one spacious double with en suite and a small twin with family bathroom. lounge area was a little cramped when dining table was extended to seat all 4 of us, but this didn't detract from a comfortable stay. The village of Newtonmore is lovely and quiet, but there are plenty of activities nearby, from the riding stables, Highland Wildlife Park and working sheepdogs to adventure activities at Rothiemurchas, skiing or walking up the Cairngorm and water sports at Loch Insh.

Home visi
This is the second time I have stayedin the Coach House, The standard of acoommmodation is fantastic even better this time as wifi is now installed. Ideal location for anyone wanting to visit for any sporting holiday, golf, fishing, hill walking skiing just to name a few.

The Coach House was warm and comfortable. There was a large master bedroom with plenty of storage space. The property was close to town and all local amenities being just off the main road but very quiet.

Warm, well equipped for walkers, close to amenities.
Warm and comfortable with everything you need for a week away. There is a large hall & cupboard with a lino floor, ideal for drying wet gear. The main bedroom is a good size with lots of storage space and an en-suite. There is also a second bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with all the sort of items that are often not provided, but always needed such as washing up liquid, cloths, sponges, kitchen roll, towels, tea towels, cling film, bin bags, hand soap, salt, pepper etc.. This made our stay really feel like a home from home. The bed and lounge were warm and comfortable. Although the building is just off the main road it is exceptionally quiet and has great views all around. It is close enough to walk into Newtonmore for all the necessary facilities, including a well stocked Co-op.
