Willow Cottage is a lovely family base, set on a small rural site with 4 other holiday cottages and a caravan site, between the market towns of Barnard Castle and Richmond. There is a double room here and also a twin, as well as a shower room. The accommodation here is all on the ground floor, and includes a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with electric fire.
Outside, there is a front patio with furniture, and off road parking. Close to Lightwater Valley theme park, Ripon, Durham and the countryside of the Moors and Dales, Willow Cottage makes a lovely year-round base.

The holiday centred around a school reunion & catching up with other old friends - the location was good for this but also for renewing our acquaintance with the stunning countryside of the local area.
