Banbury Base
Staying in Brailes at Honeywick, was perfect for visiting the local Cotswolds area, including visiting Batsford Aboretum, and the National Trust properties of Stowe & Waddesdon Manor. A short drive to Banbury, with the Cross & the statue of the lady as in "Ride a cock horse to Banbury Cross, to see a Fyne lady ride on a white horse".

We had a lovely time in the cottage. It was spacious and we preferred to stay in the cottage rather than roaming round. In a nice quiet village and had a small shop nearby for basic shopping. Will recommend.
Mrs Chandran

Wonderful cottage in a quiet village. The owner went out of her way to make us comfortable (and we are a family of 9!). There was room for all, a very neat garden which we used as a second sitting room, and everything went smoothly. We hope to return to this cottage!
Mr Bosch

Very good standard of furnishings, kitchen was very high tech! It was in a central location for the Cotswolds, we used local bus routes, and there was a convenient paper shop across the road. A very quiet area and lovely neighbours.
Mr Jackett

Quiet surroundings. Fairly central to all attractions. Accommodation was lovely and spacious.
