Perfect
What a perfect place to stay on holiday! Wonderful welcome by Pat, fabulous welcome pack in the kitchen. It?s not often a holiday Home has EVERYTHING you need but this one does. Spotlessly clean, well organised, brilliant layout, well thought out and just perfect. Peaceful location being on a working farm, it?s a bit to drive to local shops/supermarkets so take what you need for the first night. Hope to return one day. Thank you

Fantastic place for new year
The Rooms are large and clean with a fantastic view over the Cheviots. We stayed here for new year and found it a handy location for walking on the coast and in the hills. The owner is helpful and we would certainly book this property again.

A real home from home. Gerrick Cottage is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is a credit to the owners hard work. We would highly recommend the property and surrounding area as a holiday destination.

It is centrally located for all the attractions we had planned to visit. A beautiful location and a spacious and well laid out bungalow. It was light and airy throughout. The accommodation is furnished with everything required for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and the owner was a pleasure to deal with, full of helpful information.

A lovely house in a perfect location to explore the Scottish Borders. It was spacious enough for our party of seven persons. Had a warm welcome and hospitality from the owner.
