Very enjoyable stay
Just stayed at the cottage for s few day, it's heaven, great location over looking the valley, just a short drive to local village's, and just slightly longer into Llandudno, hot tub was just great, laying in it and looking at the stars, total heaven, can't wait to stay again,

Red kite cottage
An absolute stunning cottage set in a gorgeous part of the world. Well off the beaten track so peace and tranquillity certain to be had here. The cottage is well stocked and finely maintained. The views are to die for especially when basking in the hot tub overlooking Snowdonia. We have visited this cottage twice now and this won?t by any means be the last. It doesn?t get much better especially when looked after by our lovely host who was more than helpful and even went out of her way to make sure everything was as expected. We also highly recommend the Bee Inn for meals but strong ly advise booking well in advance. We stay in a lot of holiday let?s here and abroad and you won?t want for better here.

Amazing holiday cottage
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate his thirtieth birthday and it was absolutely amazing. First up the steep hill - yes it?s steep but we managed it in a 1 litre polo- and the hill is worth it for the spectacular views once you reach the cottage. The cottage itself is so tastefully decorated with great quality furniture. The photos don?t it justice as you can?t see the beautiful ceilings or the stunning chandeliers! Each bedroom is a great size and has its own bathroom which was fab for sharing with family. There is a wood fire in the lounge which was lovely and cosy when the rain started. The outdoors areas were great and the hot tub was very clean with the water levels checked daily. Your also located close to lots of local sights all within a 20-30 minute drive. We already can?t wait to come back here and would recommend it to anyone!

New Year 2018/19
WOW! What an amazing place! This accommodation is outstanding and the owner Lucy is so accommodating. There is a good 2 mile single track to this property which is daunting on the first experience but the views and especially from the hot tub are amazing. It?s worth it! Each room is beautiful and there was nothing I would have changed. This made an amazing New Year celebration break and I can?t wait to visit again. Thanks Lucy it was fantastic!

Beautiful house, amazing views!
Wow! This cottage is fabulous with the most breathtaking views. The cottage has 3 very good sized bedrooms, 3 beautiful bathrooms and is very clean with everything you need. The hot tub is fabulous and well maintained and there is a BBQ and good outdoor seating areas. There are lots of great walks in the area and it is great for wild life spotting. Reasonably close to the beach and other attractions. It is in a fairly remote location, up some steep tracks, we had booked an ASDA delivery that couldn't get to us but they arranged to meet us at a nearby hotel but would be better to do a click and collect. We would definitely come back, we have loved every minute!
