This detached cottage is in the fishing village of Portknockie, and sleeps seven people over four bedrooms.

Gracemount is a fully renovated stone cottage in the pretty coastal village of Portknockie. The cottage has a single and twin room on the ground floor, along with a shower room. Upstairs are two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a bathroom. Back downstairs, there is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, and also a separate sitting room with electric fire. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, and an enclosed rear patio with furniture. The harbour and beach are just a few minutes' walk from Gracemount, which is a wonderful base for enjoying the town of Cullen, exploring the Moray Firth coastline or a day out in Elgin.

RECENT CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Fantastic!
Stay at Gracemount for three friends was wonderful. This cottage was immaculate, a great location and had everything anyone could want. The washer and dryer was a great feature. We had a car but you could easily walk to a small market and the harbor on the North Sea. The manager, Margaret, made sure we were well taken care of by emailing us regularly to see if all was well, etc. The cottage was very modern--we loved everything about it but beware to those not used to recycling. This was on a whole new level--you have to separate 'everything'--paper, plastic, glass, food, general household waste. All into separate containers! Would gladly stay at Gracemount again.

This was a superbly furnished and equipped cottage and the location was excellent for exploring along the coast both to the west and to the east. The owners were very helpful.

A superb and clean cottage with excellent facilities. In a quiet location, only a short walk to the harbour, cliffs and good walks to nearby villages.
