This lovely bungalow sleeps eight in three bedrooms.

Blutiluca is a family bungalow. With three bedrooms, two super king-size doubles which can be zip/linked to make twins, a twin bedroom and a double sofabed, it sleeps up to eight. There is also a family bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with electric fire and sofabed.

Outside there is a lovely enclosed garden, ideal for children, and off road parking for three cars. With great walking, cycling and sailing available, and the beach within easy reach, Blutiluca is a great holiday home.

Amazing huge bungalow. Everything we needed was there. We wanted space and 2 loos although meant for 8 people it was just hubby and me. Great condition and clean and we loved it. Bit pricey for out of school hols but if more people went then they would share the cost. Close to walks on the Broads which we did for 7 days . We will definitely go back !!

There was not one thing we didn't like about this holiday, we would definitely go again and recommend to others.

The property was spacious and well equipped. There was informative literature which was organised and very helpful. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to queries. We particularly liked the locality to various coastal resorts and the Broads,

Home from Home
We booked this bungalow because it was dog friendly and we knew the area after staying on the broads for many years. The location is excellent, being very close to all local amenities and within walking distance of the staithe and How Hill. The information we received before our stay was very clear, with good directions and contact details and we found the bungalow very easily. The photos are an accurate representation of what you will find here - a good sized accomodation, and well maintained garden. The cottage is superbly equipped - in fact it is the best equipped place we have ever been to, not just with regard to dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc but with the little things that a house needs - plenty of crockery, cutlery cooking utensils and pots and pans. Everything has been thought of here. Comfort wise this cannot be faulted - the beds are of an extremely high quality and we slept soundly in them, the lounge is comfortable and great to relax in - which we did plenty of! The inclusion of wi-fi in the bungalow is also an added bonus as many places still do not provide this. The garden is lovely, well maintained and enclosed and was enjoyed immensely by ourselves in the lovely weather dining outside and at all times by our staffy Shade who had plenty of room to run around and play. The planting of the trees and bushes also afforded him lots of shaded areas to keep him cooler around the edges of the garden. I stayed here with my mother and dog, when this was booked my father was due to come with us but tragically he died just 3 days after booking this. He had been looking forward to staying here and we know he would have loved it here as much as we did.

A good locality, friendly local people and spacious clean accommodation. We will revisit.
