Stroll in the traditional village centre with a choice of shops galleries and pubs or wander down the cliff path to the sandy beach. There are a choice of sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches all close by.

The area is famed for its stunning scenery and walkers will enjoy lovely cliff-top walks in both directions. It makes an ideal base for touring Cornwall with a range of attractions to suit most tastes being close by including Flambards Theme Park Newquay Sealife Aquarium Lands End The Eden Project Tintagel with its Arthurian legends to name but a few. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden or stroll to the village centre for a meal and drink and enjoy the hospitality on offer.

The property is a dormer bungalow with views from many rooms and offers FOUR bedrooms: upstairs is 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and lovely far reaching views. Downstairs offers 1 double 1 twin and 1 bunks. Bathroom: luxury family bathroom with bath wet room area and WC.

Lounge: with woodburner TV DVD and freesat. Dining area and large conservatory with fridge/freezer washing machine and seating. Kitchen: newly fitted with hob double oven integrated fridge dishwasher and microwave.

Outside: large enclosed garden with patio area seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included.
