CHARMING FORMER CHAPEL ENJOYING A CENTRAL VILLAGE LOCATION This former chapel has been renovated throughout to a high standard and lies a short walk from the centre of the traditional South Hams village of Modbury and its selection of restaurants shops and pubs.A short drive leads you to the stunning rugged coastline and the picturesque village of Bigbury-on-Sea with its golden sandy beach shop and café that look out to the unique and historic Burgh Island reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in. The area offers some of the most spectacular of coastal walks and views.

Situated within this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty famous for its numerous beaches and tourist hot spots such as Dartmouth Salcombe and Torquay it means that there are a wealth of trips and activities that are a stone's throw away including National Trust properties such as Agatha Christie's Greenway Woodlands Adventure Park and the city of Plymouth to name but a few.This spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 spacious master double with en-suite shower and WC 1 further double and 1 single. Bathroom: offers shower over bath and WC.
