Half term break
What a top quality home, five of us, two adults and three teenagers spent five nights here and we were not disappointed, the cottage has everything you need and much more, even bits and bobs in the kitchen like herbs and spices, salt, oil and sauces, (things you don't take with you) it's so warm and comfortable and hardly any road noise, the entrance is a bit tricky but you soon get used to it. One small thing and it's no fault of the owner if you do take dogs it's a bit dodgy at the front for walking as there is no pavement and you have to cross two roads. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Fantastic and comfortable holiday home
We had a lovely holiday at this cottage. It was all we needed, and more, for a relaxing family break with three young children. The garden was a calm oasis to read and look out over the valley. We took walks along the canal and visited the Steam Railway. It's an excellent base to visit the Peak District, Alton Towers, Staffordshire and surrounding areas. The car access to the cottage is certainly challenging but given it's location it seemed fairly normal! We'd definitely visit again.

Home From Home
We were very impressed with lovely property. It was immaculatey clean and just has a lovely homely feel to it.All the rooms are very spacious with excellent quality furniture. The house is so well equipped the owners have thought of everything you will need for a perfect stay. The big garden is not overllooked and has grass and a nice patio area with a fab bbq.Lots of lovely walks nearby to see the Peak District at its best.We would definitly return to this Home From Home.

Fabulous home !!!!
Wonderfully well equipped home. Even extras for the dogs. The owner was very helpful on the surrounding area. Lots of walks in the area. There is a busy road very close but that did not spoil our stay, the approaching drive is very steep with a sharp turn right but it was ok. Great secure garden for the dogs plenty of parking. The cottage is very spacious and a real home from home. This is one of the best cottages I've stayed in.

We had a wonderful holiday - to call this a cottage is a gross understatement! It is a beautiful house in gorgeous surroundings, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I wish I could wave a magic wand and transfer it to my garden! Nobody could ask for more, everything we needed & more was provided!
