This lovely semi-detached house in Andover sleeps seven in three bedrooms.

Gordon's House in Andover is a lovely semi-detached house. With three bedrooms, a king-size double a twin and a family room with king-size double and children's single, it sleeps seven comfortably. The house also has a shower room, kitchen with pantry and dining area, utility room, dining room, sitting room with open fire, small snug and a garden room.

Outside there is an enclosed garden and off road parking for two cars. Gordon's House is just minutes from the shops, and has easy access to many tourist attractions in the area.

It is a lovely house.. but
Ok... Everything in the house is perfect. Honestly, it's fantastic. However...I wish I could transfer the house to let's say, a nicer part of town. The neighbors are horrendous. The music pounding through the wall simply upsets. I went round to try and ask them to turn the music down, but was in need of a Polish translator. The road at the bottom for the garden is so loud, that sitting and enjoying the sunshine is not possible. Also... You will be overlooked by yet more eastern European folk stearing at you from the to the flat next door to the house, every evening... As they seem to gather nightly. You can see why Gordan doesn't live here... You can see why Andover voted to leave the EU. A great house if you don't intend to use it or have children that need to sleep from 7:30pm onwards. Otherwise... Find somewhere that is detached, and not on the worst street on Andover.

Lovely clean holiday let
We recently stayed at Gordon's House for a week and enjoyed our stay. It is quite spacious and clean and the cake left for us on arrival was a nice touch. It is centrally located in Andover and is a good base for exploring Hampshire. I wouldn't necessarily describe it as 'luxury' as it wasn't very high spec, but it is very nice and comfortable and we had a good time. Lots of good space for family dining. We did struggle with the restrictions on the Sky TV. To watch most things we wanted to watch pre watershed a PIN was required and it isn't provided to guests. Fortunately we had brought a laptop so were able to access Netflix etc but it was a shame not to be able to use the TV properly. Parking on the drive is a little awkward if you have a big car and there is no bath.

We have stayed at this property several times now and hope to do so many more times in the future. Gordon's House is very welcoming and comfortable and when we arrive after a long journey from the Canary Islands, we are very happy. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge is cosy, the beds are fresh, clean and very comfortable and there is plenty of hot water and towels. The location, for us, is perfect as we stay in Andover to visit our daughter and grandchildren and when they come to visit, the house is big enough to accommodate everyone. We would highly recommend Gordon's House but please leave some spaces for us!!!

Excellent and Cosy
Visited this lovely town house with a couple of friends and their 2 year old, as we were visiting Legoland. What a wonderful place. It was warm, cosy and very comfortable. Really felt at home in this house and wonderfully situated, just a 5 minute walk from the town. We didn't actually meet the owner, as our friends booked it, but hats off to her, as she had thought of everything. I would definately recommend this rental to people.
