It is a lovely house.. but
Ok... Everything in the house is perfect. Honestly, it's fantastic. However...I wish I could transfer the house to let's say, a nicer part of town. The neighbors are horrendous. The music pounding through the wall simply upsets. I went round to try and ask them to turn the music down, but was in need of a Polish translator. The road at the bottom for the garden is so loud, that sitting and enjoying the sunshine is not possible. Also... You will be overlooked by yet more eastern European folk stearing at you from the to the flat next door to the house, every evening... As they seem to gather nightly. You can see why Gordan doesn't live here... You can see why Andover voted to leave the EU. A great house if you don't intend to use it or have children that need to sleep from 7.30pm onwards. Otherwise... Find somewhere that is detached, and not on the worst street on Andover.

It was just superb.

The house is very nice and clean and had more than enough space for a family of 6. With its own parking spot in front of the house and enough parking space on the small road this was also no issue. The house was in walking distance of Andover railway station, connecting with London-Waterloo and other cities in South West England. Many interesting locations are reachable by car within a short period. It was a great vacation, thank you very much.

A spacious, comfortable house, close to the town centre, but very private and quiet. It was convenient for public transport and day trips.

We know this area very well, having lived there for a number of years. Now we live in sunnier climes, we were looking for somewhere to stay to be able to visit our daughter and grandchildren. Absolutely thrilled to have found Gordon's House. The house was very clean on arrival and we were greeted by the owner, which was lovely and very informative. First impressions were "wow" - we loved it. All the rooms are lovely and spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is large enough to dine in, which we made good use of. Beds were lovely, comfortable and the linen smelled gorgeous. Shower room was large and spacious and there were plenty of towels provided. Our eldest grandson, loved the cinema room, as did the hubby when the footie was on! We will definitely return (if we can ever find a space in the busy calendar!)
