We?ll keep coming back
This is our fourth booking of this property and we will keep on returning. We started visiting Northumberland as a family around six years ago. We've stayed in numerous locations & lovely properties but once we found this we have never booked anywhere else. The house is in an excellent location; walking distance to the beach and to the village where there us a shop & several pubs serving food. Every bedroom has a sea view which is fabulous. The house is large & spacious, perfect for a group. If there have ever been any issues; such as this visit where a lightening strike affected the BT lines & wifi the owner has always been extremely responsive & quick to put things right. We've already booked for 2020

The house is in a fantastic location. The views from the property are wonderful. The accommodation is amazing - just a lovely place to relax and explore the wonders of the Northumberland coast. Highly recommended.

I chose this property because of its location. I wanted to be in Embleton and the position overlooking the fantastic coastline was perfect. I was sold the moment I saw it. Sea Lane did not disappoint, every detail has been taken into account; it's practical, spacious, extremely tasteful and ideally positioned to explore either inland or the coastline. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and I would definitely return.

6 Sea Lane is a wonderful property, with exceptional views of the sea and castle.
Mrs Rushall

The cottage was brilliant for the eight of us with plenty of space on the ground floor. We found it very relaxing. The views were absolutely breath-taking, we could never tire of them no matter what the season. The cottage owner was extremely helpful with advice for bad weather and for supplementing logs for fire(we didn't need as the house was comfortably warm at all times). The walks were fantastic and most locals were friendly and welcoming. We are all agreed that we would return to this cottage.
