Excellent as always
We come to this property every year and it's always perfect, clean, tidy, excellent facilities, 4x bathrooms very nice beds and the views are excellent Great location to get to anywhere around this year we went to all the water parks, farms etc and all around a 40min trip from the house Lovely to sit out on the balcony when the tide is coming in and out Only one issue this year was the family next door were smokers and were woken up to the smell of smoke in the house at 6am everyday,

This is an excellent property in a pleasant setting over looking the estuary. It is South-West facing so all afternoon sun on terrace.

Probably the best cottage we have stayed at.

We liked the location of the enclave of houses; right next to the estuary with some nice views. I was also very impressed with the house. It was spotless, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Directions and accessibility were easy and parking was simple. It is in close proximity to many of the local places of interest but far enough away to be out of town. This house was the perfect place to relax. We wanted for nothing during our entire stay.

The location of this property with its views over the estuary was stunning. If the sun comes out as it did for our stay then you are in for an amazing treat, as the sun goes down over the other side of the estuary. The property happily accommodated us all with ease, including our king Charles Cavalier. A real home from home. In my opinion the owner of this holiday let has gone over and above to make this possible with so many extras.
