The all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is ample off road parking, bike storage available by prior arrangement with owner, a decked balcony with furniture and a hot tub and open grassed areas to the sides of the property.
Durham Lodge is an ideal holiday base.

Excellent three generation holiday. Location is very good and children could safely play outside as we could see them from the Lodge. It was a warm Lodge and beds were very comfortable.

This park was absolutely brilliant. A great base to explore the Yorkshire heritage, villages and explore on country walks. Also available nearby were theme parks and more energetic places to visit. A fantastic place to relax and unwind at the end of a day, especially in the hot tub.

A lovely relaxing area, lodge and fantastic hot tub. In a very quiet site, the host is an absolute gentleman. We would recommend to anyone who "likes to get away from it all".
