Excellent
My husband and I spent a week here. Beautiful location. The cottage was fabulous and had everything that anyone would ever need. It was beautifully decorated. I would recommend any couple to visit here. It was very private and the owner gave us complete privacy whilst we were there. Will definitely visit again. 5*

Absolutely amazing little cottage. Views second to none! !
We stayed in this cottage in October 2017 for a week. What can I say apart from WOW!! The views out to sea are absolutely breathtaking and you can sit for a very long time just amazed by the changing weather!! It is dog friendly and and ideally situated on the island for visiting the north and south. Liz is very friendly and respects your privacy while staying in the cottage. We spent a memorable week here with Poppy, our dog, and we will definitely be returning again. The picture I have put on is of our dog having the time of her life on the beach that is visible from the cottage. Think her face says it all... what a wonderful place. The night sky views are out of this world.. such bright stars!! Thank you so much, Liz, for a wonderful holiday.

First Class Accommodation, Dog Friendly
The one bed-roomed cottage is very spacious with a lounge/kitchen area & bathroom downstairs & a large bed-room upstairs.
The kitchen has ample cooking & eating utensils, gas cooker & oven, micro-wave & fridge with ice-box.
The lounge is fitted with a couch & chair placed strategically in front of a large picture window which is one of the best features of the cottage. Just sit & marvel at the ever changing vistas. We watched a spectacular sunset one evening with beautiful pinks & reds.
There is also a TV/DVD combi with a selection of DVD's. A box filled with maps & brochures with lots of local information is available.
The bathroom has a hidden washing machine, an iron & board, hoover etc
The bedroom has a comfortable bed & plenty of hanging/cupboard space. Great views from the upstairs windows.
A small fenced off garden with washing line & seating is to the side & back of the property.
They have thought of everything which is required for a comfortable stay, from supplying torches & matches to first aid box & fire extinguisher.
Angus & Liz are a lovely couple who are very helpful. They will partake of their knowledge & tips of Skye.
Beside the cottage is the owners bungalow which has a couple of b&b rooms.
Exit left for Mackenzie's Store, a minutes drive away, which has nice take-away food, a shop with limited stock & petrol.
Exit right, a couple of minutes drive away, is a Mace which has a larger selection in store.
Located 16 miles from Portree. Drive thru Staffin, past a Mace supermarket on the left & the Cottage is on the left facing Staffin Bay & Island.
Highly recommended.
