Surrounded by an array of North Cornwall s best-loved attractions and villages there are plenty of opportunities for days out and exploration when staying in this superb property. Bude is only a short drive away and boasts a whole range of shops pubs and leisure facilities to keep you busy including a tidal pool tenpin bowling and 18-hole golf course. If none of that appeals you can head west for the historic village of Tintagel where the legends of King Arthur are seen throughout particularly when exploring his castle.

The idyllic fishing village of Port Isaac home to TV character Doc Martin is just slightly further whilst Crackington Haven features a lovely beach and superb pub near the barn. A traditional feel can be found in this lovingly renovated barn conversion while the reverse-level layout of this property also gives it a quirky edge. Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor; the first is a good size featuring a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC whilst the second has twin singles and an en-suite wet room with walk-in shower and WC.

Upstairs you will find all of the living space with a lovely open plan lounge/kitchen/diner flooded by light thanks to the windows and French doors and beautiful views across the countryside. The lounge features comfortable soft furnishings including a double sofa bed plus a TV/DVD so you can sit and enjoy your favourite show after a long day of exploring the area. The French doors open leading down to the garden.

The dining table is large enough to seat six people making it ideal for any home-cooked meals using the well-equipped kitchen which comprises of an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is an additional WC on the first floor. The outside space of this property features an enclosed garden accessed via steps from the lounge and has an area laid to lawn as well as a patio area with furniture and a BBQ.

There is private off-road parking for up to two cars. A walk can also be arranged across the surrounding farmland to enjoy the surrounding countryside through the fields over the river and through the woodland.
