Just four miles south of the property Scone Palace is a fantastic place to enjoy a day trip: the site of the coronation of the Kings of Scotland this impressive palace is set within 100 acres of spectacular grounds and is home to the Stone of Destiny which was returned to the palace in 1996.
The front door of this property opens directly into the light-filled lounge a welcoming room with comfortable seating a multi-fuel burner and a TV with Sky channels. A separate dining room provides a pleasant place to enjoy meals together particularly as the patio doors can be opened onto the garden. The kitchen meanwhile is well-equipped offering an oven hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher.
The property has three bedrooms the first of which is a restful king-size room. The second bedroom is a triple room comprising a double and a single bed making it ideal for a couple with a young child whilst the third bedroom is a peaceful single room. The bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
This property benefits from a lovely secluded garden which is situated to the rear of the house and is accessed through the patio doors in the dining room.
