Beautiful views across sprawling countryside and further towards the sea make the location of this property perfect for those wanting to appreciate the glorious Cornish landscape. Just a five minute drive to Bude you will find a whole array of amenities from pubs and restaurants to pasty shops and supermarkets. The stunning beaches of Summerleaze Breakwater and Crooklets all draw in different groups of sun and thrill seekers with Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven only a short drive on.

Not far from the A39 you will have fantastic links to explore further down the county with the historic Tintagel and its Arthurian-legend boasting castle easily reachable and the picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac slightly south. Featuring reverse level accommodation over three floors to make the most of the glorious views from the living space this farmhouse has been lovingly decorated and furnished to create a true home from home. All four of the bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor with a bathroom including a shower over bath and WC.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite shower room. There is then a further room with a king-size bed and two twin bedrooms. Onto the ground floor there is a separate WC and the large kitchen/diner which comprises of an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and DAB radio to listen to some music while cooking up a storm.

There is also a dining table perfect for eating breakfasts or lunch at. Leading on from the kitchen going down two steps is the sun room which has seating for you to enjoy the views and a TV. On the first floor you will find the spectacular lounge and diner which are both very spacious and have views over the countryside.

The lounge has multiple sofas for relaxing on while enjoying a show on the TV/DVD or listening to your favourite music on the hi-fi. The dining table is a stunning centrepiece for the room seating up to eight people and ideal for a home cooked dinner when you don t want to venture out. Accessed via the sun room there is an enclosed patio and garden area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ ideal for some al fresco dining in the summer.
