In a wonderfully elevated position and set in large, well maintained gardens, this detached bungalow enjoys stunning views to the hills from each room.

Killin is often described as the most picturesque village in Scotland with the magnificent 'Falls of Dochart' flowing through the heart of the village and on the edge of the first Scottish 'National Park'. There is a good choice of shops and restaurants and an abundance of outdoor activities including picturesque short walks, sailing, watersports, cycling, golf, fishing and riding.

There are many places of interest within an easy drive, including Glencoe, Blair Drummond Safari Park and Perth.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin. Shower room with WC.

Separate bathroom. Lounge: with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Dining room.

Kitchen: electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Utility room. Sun room with seating to enjoy the beautiful views.

Outside: beautifully landscaped garden with pond (young children should be supervised). Amenities: Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available.

1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Additional info: Short breaks are charged as follows: 3 & 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rates, 5 & 6 nights will be the full weekly rate.
