Tanderra is a superb character cottage, formerly a miners’ cottage, situated just eight minutes’ walk away from Coniston and can sleep four people. The cottage has a super king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a balcony with furniture. Tanderra is close to amenities and is a wonderful holiday base.

The views over Coniston lake were incredible, the balcony was small but perfect for taking in the surroundings. The cottage is lovely and in good location for exploring the Lake District.
Miss Reeve

The cottage had everything we needed and was cosy and clean. The beds were super comfy and we enjoyed making fires in the evening on the lovely cast iron fireplace.
Mrs Edgington

A cosy cottage, well presented furnishing-wise, fantastic views.
Mrs Connor

Tanderra Cottage overlooked Coniston Lake and the view was amazing. The Cottage felt like a home from home, it was clean, well equipped and very cosy. We hope to go back next year. Everything about our holiday was perfect.
Mr Lee

We loved the outlook from the cottage onto the lake and that it was just a few minutes walk from local shops and pubs/restaurants. An idyllic setting for a relaxing and also adventurous holiday!
