Good but one big snag.
Lovely house for a large party. Everything one could require was there, masses of hot water, Aga cooker, toys for children, heated swimming pool, comfortable living rooms and great beds. However in having paid ?100 for a weekend use of the hut tub, we were disappointed to find that it had been badly maintained, the bubble jets did not work and the required chemicals had not been correctly used leaving the water cloudy and unattractive. Whether or not the water was hygienic we did not know. As the tub had been advertised as a luxury hot tub, you can see why we were disappointed . It was used on Friday night, one couple ventured in on Saturday, no one used it on Sunday. Very disappointing. House lovely but if you want a hot tub make sure it will be in good working order.

Beautiful house; very comfortable stay
Stayed in this wonderful house whilst attending a recent music course. It is so lovely, roomy and very comfortable. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms great with lashings of hot water. Would definitely come back here - beautiful.

Rosemount House is a lovely house, in an lovely area. We stayed for a week and there were 10 of us and a dog. The house is massive and very well equipped. The hot tub and pool got used a lot, and the dog thought the country walks were fantastic. The scenery was amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful, especially in trying to sort out some issues we initially had with the pool and hot tub upon arrival. Blairgowrie is a lovely little village. Would most definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a holiday in the country.

We particularly enjoyed the location of the property with stunning views from the front rooms and the garden. The property layout provided for flexible use and there was lots of space for children to play with the toys provided. We loved the well equiped kitchen with the AGA for intimate family meals and the formal dining room was perfect for our bigger meals. It was well equipped for large numbers to dine. The drawing room with its large open fire provided an excellent room for us to use in the evenings and the sitting room (next door) with its TV could be closed off when the TV was being used or opened up to make more space when not. The hot tub was located so we could enjoy the views. Any queries during our stay were promptly responded to by the property manager.
