Perfectly situated for days at the beach evening walks restaurants and local shops in Bude as well as being a great base for exploring both Cornwall and Devon. The friendly town of Bude boasts many attractions including three beautiful sandy beaches for swimming surfing or body-boarding a tidal sea-filled swimming pool beach huts for hire miles of idyllic coast path walking and a fine canal for fishing and boating. An array of craft shops galleries and traditional seaside gift shops together with a good selection of tea rooms pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Popular attractions on offer in the town include ten pin bowling Splash leisure pool fishing golf pitch and putt cycling bowls tennis and the surf school. There are many other attractions to visit both to the north and south and these include Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets The Milky Way The Big Sheep Launceston Steam Railway The Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan and many traditional fishing villages including Boscastle King Arthur s Tintagel and Padstow. The property is accessed via five steps up from the parking area and upon entering the entrance hallway you will find the welcoming lounge which is a delightful light and airy room overlooking the garden.

Cosy up by the wood burner in the cooler evenings and catch up with your favourite TV programme or watch a DVD or Blu-ray with family and friends. French doors lead from the lounge onto the patio area a perfect spot for enjoying drinks or relaxing with a good book. Heading into the bright open-plan kitchen and dining area there are also French doors from here opening out to the patio and garden beyond.

Prepare your favourite meals in the kitchen which benefits from an electric oven gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer microwave and iPod dock. In the dining area there is ample seating around the table for 6 to enjoy leisurely meals. Moving upstairs the property has three bedrooms all of which have a TV.

There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC one further double bedroom and a single bedroom. Finishing the accommodation upstairs is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC there is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Heading outside to the enclosed garden there is a patio area immediately outside the kitchen and lounge with garden furniture and a BBQ ideal for al fresco drinks or dining.

From the patio area five steps lead down to the level lawn area and a delightful sun trap patio making this a great space for all the family to enjoy.
