This charming, woollen mill warehouse conversion, centrally located in the bustling town of Dolgellau, can sleep three people in two bedrooms.
Bryn Meirion Bach is a fantastic conversion of an old woollen mill warehouse, set over three floors, in the centre of Dolgellau, North Wales. The property is perfect for couples and small families, with a double bedroom and a single bedroom with exposed beams and purlins on the second floor, along with a bathroom. On the first floor, the open plan living area houses a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting area with a living flame-effect gas fire.
There is an entrance hall on the ground floor with a woodburner-style electric fire, offering you a warm welcome, while outside, the rear, enclosed courtyard is a great spot for alfresco dining in the summer months. There is a parking space for a small-medium car in a garage and additional roadside parking on the street. Offering oodles of character and charm, the mill has sash windows and you can even view the remaining mill workings! There is lots to explore in the immediate area, from walking and cycling routes to castles and beautiful sandy beaches, making Bryn Meirion Bach a great base for uncovering the secrets and delights of North Wales.

Beautiful
A traditional Welsh stone cottage. Very central to all amenities but in a quiet position. There are great pubs and restaurants lovely local shops and some great walks all within a stonethrow. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Lovely and warm on a chilly Autumn evening. Can highly recomend

This property was central, homely and well cared for. The owner was obviously interested in helping us enjoy her property and our holiday to the full and was most kind. Dolgellau is a lovely town and a great base for exploring this wonderful area. There is a lot to do nearby; many walks, the cycle path to Barmouth and back, wild swimming & climbing etc. The town is full of interesting shops, restaurants and bars. The people are very friendly and warm.

Superb
This little cottage is beautiful and a great base to explore the area. All home comforts, beautifully appointed, couldn't ask for more! The only downside is that parking is a bit tricky, but not a problem. Either on road parking, which is a short walk from the cottage or there is a garage but it is quite a tight fit!
Marian, the owner contacted us to check everything was ok part way through our break, she was extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend.

We liked everything about Bryn Meirion Bach. A wonderful property in a superb little village. We had a lovely time and the property was more than we expected. The owner made it feel like a home from home and we will return for another holiday.
