This beautifully restored semi detached barn conversion sleeps two people and is 300 years old, combining modern convenience with old world charm.

This lovely conversion is a 300-year old barn and is set in the grounds of a working fruit farm in Snitterfield village. The property has been lovingly restored to a very high standard and has managed to keep many of the original features, making this a dream holiday home. The living accommodation is open plan and has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a fabulous wooden floor and a cosy sitting area with a log effect fire. The bedroom is a stunning galleried room with low exposed beams whilst the ground floor bathroom is a luxurious haven. Outside there is a shared front garden - ideal for relaxing with a good book or a barbecue. This is a wonderful place for a romantic break any time of year.

Romantic and cosy
My husband and I just spent a magical Christmas at the hayloft. It has tons of character and is a really cosy cottage with plenty of mod cons. The bath is deep and spacious with plenty of hot water. The sofas are really comfortable as is the bed and due to plenty of radiators its easy to stay warm. The Hayloft is in a great location, nice and close to the Park and ride so access to Stratford is easy.

All was as we had expected; great location, fantastic hot tub, fantastic indoor pool with a beautiful view over the countryside and also very nice farm shop on site. We cant wait until our next short break; feel so relaxed. The owner was most helpful.

We particularly liked the location of The Hayloft, the indoor pool and the hot tub. Beautiful views and easy to get into Stratford.

Just returned from our five day stay at this wonderfully located Hayloft. It has charm and feels very homely, there is a indoor swimming pool just two minuets walk on the grounds also a hot tub that looks out over wonderful countryside. The view is so relaxing whilst you enjoy the warm water of the hot tub.The farm shop on the site is also very resonable with plenty to choose from also if you are a fisherman then you have fishing ponds approx five or ten minuets from the Hayloft which you can use.

Fantastic Location & ideal accommodation, it was spacious & well presented. Having the farm shop on site was an added benefit.
