Still perfect!
We returned for a weeks stay after our first visit in 2017. Cherry Tree Cottage is still as beautiful and immaculate. It's perfectly situated in the village, immaculate, very clean and everything is high quality. No corners have been cut and that is obvious. We visiting the Cairngorms next year, Snowdonia the year after that, then will be back to Cherry Tree. It's the standard we judge other holiday rentals by.

As good as it gets!
The cottage has been renovated to an extremely high standard with fit and finish perfect throughout, It's stunning. The owners have equipped the cottage with everything even supplying cling film and tin foil for example and the bedding and towels are high quality. The position of the cottage is perfect, Everything in the village is a 5 min walk away. If you are staying intending to go for some walks in area, numerous trails you will find online go right by the front door. Buxton is 15mins drive, Chatsworth 30mins and Trafford Centre 50mins so whatever your reason for visiting the area, you'll be hard pushed to beat this place. We don't normally return to the same place as there are so many places to visit, but we're are definitely returning to the cottage in a couple of years.

Perfect break
Just returned from a three night break at this beautiful cottage and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal, right in the centre close to the local pubs and restaurants and easy accessible for walking in and around Castleton. The owners have paid every attention to detail, tastefully furnished with everything you would need from a fully equipped kitchen to music and board games. The log burner was a treat and so relaxing. Highly recommend and will return when we can.

Spent a fantastic weekend here celebrating my parents birthdays. Great location and facilities. The cottage has been renovated to the highest standard and the service was second to none. The owners have gone the extra mile to make us feel special and even left Birthday cards and presents for Mum and Dad
