Brilliant 60th with my family
What a beautiful house and Mel couldn't have been more helpful. She sent us an email with full details of how to get there and went through all the important information for staying in the house. A real gem of a lady. We were also welcomed with wine, biscuits, milk, crisps, coffee and tea - a real treat when your waiting on your weekend shop to arrive. The house itself is absolutely perfect two bedrooms on each floor along with ample shower facilities and a bath for the kids. The kitchen is huge and there was nothing we couldn't find. There are two sitting rooms, one on the ground floor and a large one on the 1st floor. There's also a washing machine and clothes horse for those little emergencies. There as a lot of talk about the cock-a-doodle-doo's but they were just a laughing point to our group. My nieces little boy used to wake his dad up in the morning shouting cock-a-doodle-doo! Richmond is worth a visit - the family visited the castle and we took my mum around the shops and to one of the many coffee houses. We had a meal in the Town Hall which was lovely with great service. We'd definitely return to this house and location. Thanks for a great time.

Castle Mill is a lovely spacious, luxurious house, fantastic decor. Nice views across the countryside. The house was very clean and well maintained mixing modern and traditional features well. Had a relaxing but fun birthday weekend.

Castle Mill was the perfect cottage booked as a surprise 60th birthday break for my husband. The cottage was very clean and spacious. The large kitchen was amazing, we loved the island breakfast bar. Superb bedrooms, lovely bed linen & plenty of towels. The downstairs underfloor heating was great as the weather was very cold outside. We would definitely recommend this cottage to our family and friends.

A beautiful cottage with lots of space, a lovely warm environment on a cold wet weekend. It was well equipped and close to the village. The cottage was immaculate & spotless. Amazing facilities.
