Good but
Location couldnt have been better, right in the centre of the town. The flat was nice although boiling and the lady who showed us round seemed to have no idea how to turn it down when we asked. I don?t know why but you can?t seem to rebook the flat and when I enquired about rebooking you get no reply which puts me off completely. When we were showed round as well the lady who did so bitched a bit about previous holiday renters which was a bit uncomfortable especially because it sounded unfair what she was saying. I liked the flat itself but was left with a bit of a sour aftertaste

Great Little Bolt Hole
We booked here for a week in January as a get away and to explore York. It was the perfect location o do so and the fact you could peek round and see the monster from the windows was fab. It's on the no car zone so if you're looking to unload a car you'll need to do it outside of those times, we went after work so wasn't an issue. The car park space is a ten min walk and is small but we had no issues parking the mini! I do think I could have fit my car (focus Size) in it too, thanks to all its parking sensors! The bedroom was the best room and was well decorated, I just wish there had been some Curtains and or nets/voiles as the blinds were restrictive and there is a church yard with some kind of little visit centre shop opposite so one morning I opened the blinds to find someone taking a. Good look as I did my makeup! The bathroom and kitchen areas have seen some use but were fine for what we needed and clean. The lounge had just had a sofa break so only had one when we visited which was disappointing too as we'd planned a lazy sofa day and it was a struggle with one small sofa! For the price and location though it cannot be faulted!

An amazing little haven in a beautiful City
We stayed here last week - my husband, 11 year old daughter and myself. I have been visiting York for many years & it is a beautiful city that I have enjoyed introducing my husband & daughter to. What an amazing find this apartment truly was. . . Clean, comfortable & everything you could want from a holiday home. We were very central to everything York has to offer, but the apartment is amazingly quiet considering its prime position. The view of the Minster is lovely & the church that the apartment looks over is well worth a visit. All in all a very memorable week in a truly lovely apartment, would highly recommend. We will definatley return.
