This lovely detached, 19th century property is set all on the first floor, next to the owners' home, in the town of Holmfirth, and sleeps four people in one bedroom.

The Coach House is a detached cottage, dating back to the 1830s, set all on the first floor, next to the owners' home, in the Pennine town of Holmfirth. It sleeps four people and has one family room with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a single sofa bed in the sitting room. There is also a dining area in the sitting room, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Outside there is off road parking, a patio and a terraced garden. Holmfirth sits in the heart of the beautiful Holme Valley, just north of the Peak District, an area renowned for its stunning scenery and dramatic landscapes - so why not pull on those walking boots or hop on a bike and discover all that this splendid area has to offer? The Coach House is sure to provide the perfect base for a rural retreat at any time of year.

lovely apartment with private patio & garden
a much bigger apartment than we expected. all mod cons, with the bonus of a private patio / garden area. a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and large lounge. had a lovely time, sadly had to leave earlier than unexpected due to family illness. thanks for a lovely stay

Couldn't Fault It
A detached cottage next door to - but entirely separate from - the owners' house. Beautifully furnished with everything one could possibly need. Most of the fittings were brand new - television, fridge freezer, washing machine, beds and I think most of the furniture. The house is set well back from a fairly busy road so, as a light sleeper, I was concerned this might be a problem. However, it was not; it is very quiet once inside the cottage. The beautiful village of Holmfirth is a short walk down the hill. There is off road parking outside the cottage. The owners were charming and most helpful. I will definitely be back.
