A stunning barn conversion
A truly stunning barn conversion. Pet-friendly out dog loved the local walks. A huge well-kept garden. Extremely quiet (no noise at all just the birds in the trees) but just 2 miles from Watton town with pubs bars shops and a Tesco supermarket. Good WiFi - and everything one could need ready in the house for a great holiday.

Just coming to the end of a wonderfully relaxed week in Norfolk. The weather has been exceptionally good and we?ve been greeted by clear blue skies all day and every day. Hill House has a been a delight. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped, it really has been a pleasure to stay here. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out and has been a great base for our break. We've particularly enjoyed spending long summer evenings by the pond with a BBQ and a G&T. In a nutshell, a beautiful apartment set in equally beautiful grounds. Perfectly placed for exploring Norfolk and a peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring.

This cottage was perfect for us. We received a warm welcome from the owners (and their dog!). We chose this cottage mainly because it is 'dog friendly' It is situated in a rural area so it is quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden to relax in. The owners live on site but we were left to enjoy our stay whilst they were readily available when we needed advice. Getting around the area was easy and we were able to visit a variety of places during our stay. Highly recommended.

We loved everything! The owners were lovely and very friendly, and the property overall was very clean, couldn't fault it! The rooms were lovely! Overall we loved our week away and will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend!

Hill House is another star in Sykes Cottages catalogue. The atmosphere is tranquil and peaceful, the gardens are beautiful the summer house is a great place to while away a couple of hours. The purpose built cottage is well designed and beautifully decorated. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. In fact we couldn't find any faults at all. We and the dog could not have had a better time in spite of the weather, who noticed the rain (torrential)? Quiet, friendly and well off the beaten track; the only intrusive noises are the birds singing in the trees surrounding the cottage.
