Fabulous Cottage
Such a stunning cottage in a picture perfect location. Beautifully decorated and in a modern yet homely fashion. The quality and cleanliness was superb. There's all the amenities you need & it's pet friendly. You don't often get everyone walk in and want to live there and not leave. We choose this location for the NYM railway in Pickering. We also visited the Dalby forest and Scarborough. There's a very good pub in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Stunning cottage in a beautiful location.
We booked the cottage for our week away with my family and dog from 2nd til 9th march ( sadly parents couldn?t make it in the end and our dog stayed with them). Was the week of the snow , the beast from the east! Was a bit worried about the weather but was actually fine and we kept in touch with the owners that kept us updated too. Cottage was stunning and beautifully decorated. Had everything you needed and kitchen very well equipped. We loved the open plan kitchen/diner and cosy room. We actually spent most of the time in that room as was perfect for our 14 month old son as he could play with the toys that were in the cupboard. We loved the character of the cottage and little steps into the living room with the open fire . We read the info in the cottage which was very interesting , 250 years old! Wow. The 4 bedrooms were lovely and beds very comfy too. We didn?t use the garden but it looked lovely and was just across from the front door. The cottage was perfect location. Pickering was about 15 minutes away with the lovely North Yorkshire steam railway but Sadly was closed due to the snow and Scarborough about 25 in the other direction. So many gorgeous villages around too and fell in love with helmsley which has lots of tearooms. York was about 50 minutes away and is a nice drive there so worth a visit. Whitby also lovely and not too far either. In the village there is a lovely pub called the Grapes and that was lovely. We have been coming to Yorkshire for over 20 years and it?s always lovely to find a lovely cottage to stay in and Tillers cottage was perfect . We would love to come back here again as the village was so peaceful and perfect location to where we wanted to visit. Thank you x
