A quaint, quirky end-terrace cottage, dating back to approx 1798, in the village of Poling, with two bedrooms accommodating four people.

This quirky, 18th century end-terrace cottage is situated in the village of Poling, two miles from the centre of Arundel. Set in a beautiful wildflower garden, opposite a bluebell wood, it is a wonderful retreat for birdwatchers. Inside is a sitting room with floorboards, exposed beams and a woodburner set in an original brick fireplace. The kitchen has a large range cooker, a folding dining table and access to a ground floor bathroom with a bath and shower over. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with lots of storage space, and a master room with a super king-size bed. There is ample off road parking and, due to the cottage's close proximity to the A27, it is an excellent base for exploring West Sussex!

Stay well away
The smell of cats, the cobwebs, the debris, the rusty pans and the excuses from Sykes the agent seemingly taking the landlady's side. We left early bitten by car fleas and totally downhearted
