The cottage also contains a kitchen, sitting room and a conservatory with dining area. To the outside of the property is off road parking for two cars and a front decked garden with hot tub and furniture. The Milking Parlour is a lovely property making an ideal base for a great holiday at any time of the year.

What a beautiful place! Everything we needed and more to make our holiday perfect , hot tub was an added bonus ! Central location for easy access to the whole of Cornwall , we will certainly visit again ! The owners where very welcoming and I honestly can't think of anything I would change about the milking parlour - perfect!

Brilliant
We stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much, the hot tub was a great bonus especially when sitting which the stars on a clear night. The owners were welcoming and friendly scones cream and jam when we arrived. 3 good sized bedroom, 1 bathroom and a big wet room it?s disabled friendly just 2 steps at the front of patio. Barbecue a small one outsize for you to use. In the kitchen washing machine dishwasher. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet time
