There is a family shower room and additional shower room on the ground floor. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. The hall has a utility cupboard. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars on a shared drive, a courtyard garden with furniture, plus use of the owner's tennis court and paddock. Annedd Goch is a period property in a lovely rural location, perfect for families or couples.
