Lovely, airy and comfy accommodation. Lovely shared garden which is an amazing sun trap, you are able to have a little privacy if you want. About 20 min walk into Bude which is a nice place. Scones, jam and cream on arrival which was needed!! Have had to have a little communication with Richard since we've left as have replaced all my mattress with the ones he has as I've never slept so well, he was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying and would love to go back.

Great apartment
Great apartment, as advertised. Lovely welcome pack on arrival, cream tea, after a long drive very much appreciated. Have stayed here before and would recommend it. Location very good for walks. Everything you need in the apartment, cosy & warm after a rainy day walking. Owners let us know the apartment was ready early & were available if required. Will come bak again.

Lovely stay
It was great to be informed that we could get here early so we were able to unpack, relax on the sunny patio and then make our way into Bude on the first day well before shops were shut (various running/walking routes, including lanes, cliffs or beach when tide is out). Accommodation was well equipped with beach chairs, tent, badminton equipment and beach towels! We also had plenty of board games and jigsaws. Best welcome pack we?ve ever seen. The lounge was comfy and suited our needs. The whole apartment had lovely decor and beach themed finishing touches.

Don't book these apartments
We stayed in this apartment and had a lovely holiday. However the owner has another apartment a few doors down which was offered when we went back 3 months later. We had an awful experience. DSS had taken residence upstairs. Parties, language noise beyond belief. I have an email from the owner to prove the state of affairs. We were promised a replacement week. He never honoured that promise. I then asked for the refund he said he was getting from the council. He has ignored me since. That holiday was my husbands last. He is now in a hospice dying of cancer. A fact the owner is fully aware of. Don't have anything to do with these apartments. If you have a problem you will encounter an owner who will promise you the earth to get your business back but you'll not see him honouring it.
