This exceptionally smart and spacious, 5* family home in Kenn has superb long views, a hot tub and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Waterside is an exceptionally smart, 5* family home with superb views and a private hot tub in the pretty village of Kenn. Sleeping eight in four bedrooms, the house has three king-size double rooms each with an en suite shower room, and a family room with a king-size and sofa beds. There are two open plan living areas, one at each end of the house - the larger of the two has a bespoke kitchen, comfy leather sofas, a wood burning stove and two pairs of sliding doors to the terrace and garden.

The second has a smaller, attractive fitted kitchen with breakfast table for two and a large L-shaped sofa. To the front of the house is a large grassy meadow and a pretty stream (unfenced, small children beware). Behind you'll find the private hot tub with a pergola, decked terrace and table and chairs.

Waterside is a luxurious family friendly home, ideally placed for beach, moor and city.

Perfect house for a family celebration.
We had a great long weekend at Waterside. The house is ideal for a family get-together or celebration. Mandy was great in making sure everything went perfectly and the fresh bread from her local bakery went down a treat. The house is in a great village location, close enough to the main roads to get about easily yet secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. The gardens were beautifully kept and the hot tub was a great bonus even in November. (Would recommend packing flip flops to run between house and hot tub). The house was spotlessly clean, very well laid out with plenty of space for 8. It's very modern and tastefully decorated with all mod cons to make your stay really comfortable. Within a 5 minute walk is a great village pub, ?The Ley Arms? who do a fantastic Sunday Lunch and some really good local ales. Would highly recommend it. Overall, it's a great place to stay. We couldn?t fault it and would definitely come back.

Ideal lodge for a large group break away!
Great location situated in the country but close to beaches, Exeter & family attractions. This is a superb lodge with everything you need to relax with a luxurious hot tub along with a large garden and river flowing at the bottom of the the garden. Well thought out layout with all mod cons to make your break super...tasteful decor and scrumptious furnishings. Wood burner to cosy up to during the winter months and an extra kitchen and seating area for added comfort and flexibility. Owner very welcoming and helpful.

Great family retreat!
Brilliant size for a large family! Having two kitchens made things very handy and the quality of the home was to a high grade. We were well looked after and the hot tub was brilliant. Being able to have the dog with us meant everyone could enjot things and the local pub also accepted dogs so we he could join in. Wifi also had a great reception although we didn't use it much.
