Broken Cottage
Never got to visit Burnside as our booking was cancelled less than 24 hours before our break was due to start. Sykes cottages advised us this was due to an ongoing maintenance issue that the owners had been trying to resolve for 2 weeks, yet left it until last minute to cancel. Poor customer service from owner and agent.
