Kinfauns is a detached cottage dating back to 1880 and resting within the village of Kinfauns in Aberdeen. It offers four bedrooms which are made up of a king-size, a king-size with an en-suite, a double and a twin room, there is also a bathroom and a cloakroom, the property is able to sleep eight people. The interior also boasts a kitchen with a breakfast table, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. To the outside you will find off-road parking along with enclosed gardens to the front and rear, with furniture.
