Alderburn 2 is a semi-detached property set on the Isle of Skye in the town of Portree. It comes with one king-size bedroom and an en-suite shower room, it can sleep two people. The interior also offers an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting area as well as a utility. To the outside you will discover off road parking for two cars and an extensive garden with a lawn, patio and a decking with furniture. Alderburn 2 is a cosy cottage in a scenic, secluded location, perfect for those romantic getaways.

Comfort and rest in beautiful location
We had a very enjoyable and restful week at Alderburn 2. Part of a larger property but none the less quiet and private, this apartment for two has a wonderful view, sitting on the north side of Portree (Port Righ) harbour, just a few minutes walk into town with its modest shops and cafes. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and enjoys the view through a large window. The kitchen facilities allow basic cooking and next door is a small utilities room, oddly with a shower (a toilet would seem a more sensible inclusion). Also provided with the harbour view, the upstairs bedroom has a useful bench and a small ensuite bathroom with a small shower. The bed itself could be of higher quality. Big amounts of food shopping can be done at the large Co-Op on the Uig road; coffee is very good at the coffee shop (next to the bakery) on the square; a fine meal and superb view can be had at Cuillin Hills Hotel, walkable from the cottage.
