This stone-built barn conversion rests of Newburgh Farm Steading in Selkirk and can sleep 16 people in seven bedrooms.

The Byres is a beautiful, homely barn conversion situated on Newburgh Farm Steading in Selkirk. Hosting seven bedrooms; three king size, a super king-size with en-suite bathroom, a family room with a double and two singles and a twin, a ground floor twin with wheelchair access from the hallway to the courtyard outside. There is also a bathroom and a shower room, one on the ground floor, a kitchen with a sitting area, a sitting room with a billiard table, a dining room. Outside is a private enclosed garden and a shared courtyard along with ample off-road parking. The Byres is a wonderful holiday cottage to be enjoyed with family and friends.
