The Byres is a beautiful, homely barn conversion situated on Newburgh Farm Steading in Selkirk. Hosting seven bedrooms; three king size, a super king-size with en-suite bathroom, a family room with a double and two singles and a twin, a ground floor twin with wheelchair access from the hallway to the courtyard outside. There is also a bathroom and a shower room, one on the ground floor, a kitchen with a sitting area, a sitting room with a billiard table, a dining room.
Outside is a private enclosed garden and a shared courtyard along with ample off-road parking. The Byres is a wonderful holiday cottage to be enjoyed with family and friends.

Family celebration
Perfect setting with easy access to hill walking & local towns which have retained much of their true character. Spacious accommodation. Very cosy. Warm & welcoming owners who were most helpful on our arrival. Large Christmas tree & naughty elf were a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful scenery, large house for quiet holiday
Location amazing! Big enough for our extended family. Large lounge with pool table and table tennis table. River at the bottom of garden. 7 bedrooms. Lovely kitchen.
