This detached cottage rests near the village of Wroxall, close to Ventnor, and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.

Freemantle Lodge is a unique detached cottage located near the village of Wroxall, Isle of Wight, on a working farm. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size with single bed, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, and a sitting room.

To the outside is bike storage, off-road parking, and an enclosed patio area with furniture. Situated in a rural location with scenic views over the hillside, on the grounds of a 300 acre estate, Freemantle Lodge is a one-of-a kind cottage in an admirable part of England.

This place is totally amazing, so unique a beautiful stone cottage with a well & historic gates attached. Inside is presented so lovely with everything you need & its situated in the grounds of an English heritage site. Absolutely amazing views from the front bedroom & from the garden across the rolling hills with sheep & lambs in the surrounding fields, so peaceful. We had 2 adults, a nine year old & our dog. The dog loved the space to run about & the walks from outside your front door are fantastic (usually leading to a pub!) & it's a short drive to all places of interest. Our son did not want to come home & nor did we! Such a relaxing break, we will most definitely be going back. I have to say this is the best property I have ever stayed in! surprising when you travel the world searching for amazing places when actually the best are virtually on your doorstep without you even realising.
