The barn itself takes its name from the 'King John's Oak' which was said to be a rallying point for huntsmen in the Wychwood Forest. There are two elements to the ground floor property. Internally, there are two open-plan living rooms, dining areas and fitted kitchens. It has two doubles bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and WC and two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC. There are two separate bathrooms and WC.
