28 The Salcombe is a delightful waterside home, just a short walk from Salcombe's boutique shops and restaurants, in an enviable location. The flat sleeps four people in two bedrooms with one en suite shower room and a family bathroom. There is a lounge and dining room with seaside features and seating for four guests, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large balcony with panoramic views over the gardens, harbour and estuary, and two sun loungers and chairs for four people. In central Salcombe, with its popular bakery, local eateries and shops, 28 The Salcombe is a fantastic holiday home for a young family to enjoy a South Devon break.
