Excellent stay
We have just had lovely stay at Edwards Cottage. Very clean, tidy and homely. Lovely comfy beds . Bedding and towels included.. wifi available. Also netflix and amazon video. Nice welcome of bottle if wine, biscuits and crisps . We had dog with us. We took throws for sofa and beds. Considering dogs are allowed there were no dog smells at all. Very happy all round. Have booked again already 5 mins walk from harbour. Choice of shops. Coop tesco express and morrisons

Perfect holiday home
Excellent location. Near to all amenities but also tucked away from it all at the same time. Edward's Cottage is a home from home, it has all the essentials you need and more. Beautifully presented property and also pet friendly - what a bonus! Amble is a lovely little town and there are many other places and beaches to visit close by. Would highly recommend Edward's Cottage and will definitely return.

A hidden gem!
This was our first visit to Amble and to Edwards Cottage. We were not disappointed. The property is very tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and everything you need for a self catering holiday. The cottage itself is very spacious with a delightful lounge and fantastic kitchen diner with a fabulous large dining table. We had family stay our second night and cooked a meal with everything we needed in terms of utensils. A lovely welcome pack was left by the owner to kick start our few days away. Amble itself was great with a small town for essentials and a pretty marina area which was buzzing when we got their, all within walking distance of the cottage. Plenty of parking right outside the front door too. If you want a quality cottage that really feels special then do try Edwards Cottage. We will most definitely be back soon!

Gorgeous little getaway
We stayed at Edwards Cottage for our anniversary in April and had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully decorated and everything is brand new. We got parked right outside the door and the location of the house is perfect. There are all the local amenities you could want within a few minutes walk including a number of shops and restaurants. We ate at The Fish shack which served fantastic fresh fish and also had Carvery Sunday lunch at The Amble Inn. Amble is in an ideal location for lots of day trips to other areas of Northumberland. We visited Warkworth, Bamburgh and holy island during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent, both before and during our stay and she even left a lovely welcome hamper with wine and snacks for us upon arrival. I would definitely stay again and recommended to anyone wanting to visit Northumberland.

Family is everything
My husband and I, our two young children and Hank the dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Edwards cottage during February half term. It was the first time we had stayed in Amble and what a delight it was. The cottage offered everything we could have ever imagined. It truly was ?home from home?. It is situated in the heart of Amble with local amenities minutes away. Our children visited Amble Leisure everyday for swimming and we enjoyed our visit to Northumberland Country Park, and Walkworth which were both recommended by the owners of Edwards Cottage. Edwards Cottage is clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. A great base for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coastline. I?ll look forward to returning in the near future.
