Grove Cottage is a semi-detached stone-built cottage in the village of Allendale in Northumberland. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, which are made up of a king-size double with an en-suite shower room and a king-size double which is zip/link and can be twin on request, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with open fire, ground floor cloakroom and a games room with table tennis.
To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and an enclosed patio garden with furniture. Set in stunning countryside, Grove Cottage is a great place to enjoy a holiday at any time of the year.

Stunning Cottage
Excellent cottage, great location for local walks and exploring Hadrian's Wall. The owner Andrew met us on the first day and explained how to use the Aga and open fire. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and once I got my head round the aga it was a joy to cook on. The cottage is very spacious, the recliner sofa and open fire was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Locally there are plenty of pubs and an adequate sized co-op just a stones throw from the cottage. We have stayed in many self catering cottages over the years and this is undoubtedly one of the best.

By far the best cottage we have had the privilege to stay in Andrew and Sarah the owners are fantastic
I hope they never change anything the Aga is amazing to cook on
Beds are very comfortable there is everything you need to enjoy your stay we will definitely be returning for more visits
The pubs in the village are very dog friendly and the locals make you feel welcome also
