Lovely cottage
We have just returned from a week's holiday in this delightful cottage. We often stay in cottages and this one is quite the most beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished and thoughtfully appointed we have used. It is in a large village which has a shop and two pubs (another is currently being refurbished) all within a short walking distance of Mabel Cottage. Osmotherley is a fantastic base from which to explore the North Yorkshire Moors either by car or on foot. The Dales, the coast and York are all within easy reach and Mabel Cottage is a lovely haven after a long day's walking, especially with the log fire. The owners, Mr and Mrs Irwin, are very welcoming and helpful and I thoroughly recommend staying here. We're definitely coming back!
