WOW!!!!!
Booked via Sykes to stay as pretty Central location for North Wales and it was dog friendly, had no idea in reality just how amazing this property was until we arrived!! The photos were fab but the place is 100 times better than that if that's even possible!!! It's simply beautiful, so very clean and modern and spacious with all the mod cons you could ask for , Dishwasher, Washer, Hoover, Fridge Freezer, WiFi, Tv, and every kitchen utensil you could ever think of needing!! They supply a beautiful welcome pack, throw in a voucher for afternoon tea and even put some dog treats in for Rio, fridge had a bottle of milk in just in case and that's all before you step out back to the beautiful garden!!!! Location is peaceful, and it's literally a 5 min stroll to town and no more than 30 mins drive to nearby places such as Conwy and Llandudno! The weather has been stunning (so far), the people very friendly and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!!!! We will most definitely be coming back

Fabulous stay in a superb bungalow
Stayed for 4 nights in july, superb location 5 minutes walk to the village centre with shops, pubs and takeaways all within walking distance. The area is very good with the mountains and river and scenery is fantastic. The bungalow has everything you need for a self catering break with the dogs, although we didnt see the owners they made sure we were made welcome with a goodie basket and milk in the fridge. The bungalow is spotless and the garden is a good size and enclosed so good to let the dogs have a roam round. I cannot fault this place at all and we will surely be back. One tip, if you like to sit and sunbathe take some reclining garden chairs if you can fit them in the car, thats the only thing we missed but not too much a problem as there are two garden picnic benches to sit at. Thankyou for a great stay

Home from home
The property was amazing, there was everything you needed. The garden was great and had lovely views over the hills. They went out of their way to add a welcome pack, even the dogs got a treat. It was central to lots of places we visited, great for walks for our 2 dogs and the town had a great restaurant, the Eagle, which served great food. Very happy to recommend to family and friends.
