Amazing Cottage
Another relaxing stay at this beautiful cottage, set in a quiet village within easy reach of Chatsworth, Bakewell, Matlock and more. The accommodation is immaculately clean and very well presented - we wanted for nothing. Also, nothing is too much trouble for the owners who have tastefully furnished this cottage to make it very welcoming after a long day exploring Derbyshire. A 5* gem.

Gorgeous, traditional, cosy cottage
Four of us, all adults, stayed in this gorgeous, well equipped and beautifully presented cottage for three nights. There is plenty of room and we wanted for nothing, it seemed as though everything had been thought of. A short walk to the two pubs in the village, both of which had excellent menus and very good beers.

Girls weekend away
Stayed at Rose Cottage for the weekend Friday to Sunday. Wow, what a lovely place to stay. Very well equipped with everything we could need. Lovely to have cleaning products, bin bags, foil, salt and pepper all there for you to use.cottage was well set out and very comfortable, bathroom lovely with new suite.Bedrooms spacious and comfortable, little details like plugs next to mirrors makes all the difference. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived but a quick phone call to the owners and we were sorted so certainly not a problem for long. Beautiful fresh flowers and a bottle of fizz and chocolate waiting for us on arrival was a lovely touch. Great Longstone is a lovely village with 2 very nice pubs a stone's throw from the cottage. We ate twice at The Crispin , the food and welcome was outstanding. I've never seen brasses so shiny. We can't wait to return to Rose Cottage but will check out prices before booking as quite a difference between websites !!!!
