This superb, pet friendly family home in Burraton Coombe has extensive grounds and can sleep fifteen people in six bedrooms.

Meadowsweet is a huge detached house over three levels, very privately situated within 4 acres of grounds and landscaped garden on the edge of Burraton Coombe. The house sleeps 15 in six bedrooms - two double, two twin and two family rooms with two en suite and two family bathrooms. Living room with open fire and doors to patio, big kitchen with table/chairs, dining hall, conservatory with lake views, second living room cum play room with wood burning stove, pool table, table football and door to garden.

Toddlers? den. Absolutely brilliant for large family groups. Fenced from its formal garden, a deep lake (caution) full of roach and carp (fishing on catch/return basis).

Children's play area with swing, slide and trampoline. An amazing house in a stunning setting. Nearby is Saltash with excellent seasonal boat trips, and Plymouth with its historic waterfront, shops and theatres.

Birthday holiday
We booked to stay here for my birthday celebration, there were 8 adults and seven ages all varying in ages. This is an ideal house the children loved it and even had days when I?m thier words wanted an in day , the depth of the lake worried me but they happily fished it with parental supervision. The house was spacious enough that there was always somewhere to escape to for a quiet moment, the Little play room was a great hit brimming with toys and enough board games for family fun. The only fault was the garden space with the trampoline and play equipment it was unusable due to the dirty state it was in but that said I would recommend this house for a family holiday.

Happy 60th Birthday
We have visited Looe every year since 1988 in various holiday lets and campsites. This year we wanted somewhere to take our family (children + grandchildren) to celebrate a 60th birthday for a party of 6 adults and 5 children and not too far from Looe where a lot of our memories where made. Well we struck gold ! This house gave us the space to enjoy each others company without feeling claustraphobic. In fact we needed a shoe horn at times to get the children out of the house ! Very very well acquiped...every ammenity provided. Beautiful house and convenient location and just one more wonderful memory. Sad to leave. Happy to remember.

Spacious comfortable home for 4 generations
Great house. Spacious and well stocked. Room for all of us, 17 in total from 6 to 89 and a dog. Loved watching the birds across the quarry lake and star gazing at night. Excellent beds and crisp linen. Plenty of toys for little ones, crabbing gear, murder mystery sets, wifi, Aga cookbooks and access to local Country Club where we chilled in the spa. Organised big shop delivery to house for our arrival. helpful Holidays company were excellent.
